Foot Care - Podiatrist
- 24 May 2018
Your feet are important, especially if you have diabetes.
With diabetes, you are much more likely to develop problems with your feet – problems that could end up as amputations. But if you take good care of your feet, and check them regularly, you can reduce your risk of developing foot problems.
Louise Miller, the Specialist Diabetes Podiatrist at Yeovil District Hospital, will explain how feet are affected by diabetes, the risk factors, neuropathy, and other associated complications. She will highlight the good footcare regime that all those living with diabetes should observe.
All are welcome, including friends, family and carers.
Free entry and tea/coffee.
