Verity McLelland, Regional Volunteering and OutreachManager, will be joining us in Diabetes Prevention Week.She will be talking about the facts of type 2 diabetes and looking at the ways it can be prevented. It is important to understand the many risk factors for type 2 and to challenge the stigma that can be associated with this serious condition. There will also be a chance to have some fun with playing cards to learn about Carbohydrates.

All welcome, including friends, family and carers.
